Our Services

Three ways we work: alongside your architect before construction starts, running the job once it does, or on call for one piece of it. Most projects use more than one.

Minimalist interior scene with a textured beige tabletop, a large ribbed ceramic sphere, and a small beige vase with dried white berries and branches, against a matching beige wall.

Preconstruction

Before the build

We join the team while the design is still moving. As drawings develop we price them, flag the details that quietly drive cost, and give your architect real numbers to design against. By the time the set is done, the budget and the drawings agree.

An arrangement of minimalist wooden objects, including balls, a bowl, a pencil, and folded fabric swatches, on a light-colored surface with soft lighting.

General Contracting

During the build

We hold the contract and run the work. Scheduling, buying out the trades, coordinating subcontractors, inspections, safety, and the hundred daily calls that decide whether a job finishes on time. You get one number to call and one company answerable for the result.

A decorative beige and ribbed sphere on a light stone surface, with a marble tray and a cylindrical metal object nearby, and a neutral-colored fabric backdrop.

Consulting

As needed

Not every problem needs a full contract. We put budget numbers to an early idea, review bids you have already collected, sort out a detail that has stalled a job, or advise an owner managing their own project. If it makes sense for us to do the work, we can be contracted separately.
