  • The earlier the better. If we join while the design is still developing, we can price the drawings as they progress and flag cost issues before they are built into the plans. If your drawings are already complete, we are glad to price them as they stand.

  • We review your drawings or walk the site, then put together a written proposal that spells out what is included. If you only need budget numbers for an early idea, we can help with that through our consulting work.

  • It depends on the scope, permitting, and material lead times. Once we understand the work, we give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated as the job moves.

  • Yes. On the Urban Air remodel in St. Charles, we completed the work off-hours and cleaned up and reorganized each room every day, so the park could stay open during its normal business hours.

  • You have one point of contact for the whole job: one number to call and one company answerable for the result.
