Preconstruction
A successful project needs a successful start. Before you sign for a space, you should know what you’re buying. We line up the site survey, asbestos testing and MEP inspection, bring in an architect for initial drawings, and price the design as it develops so the budget holds once work starts.
Consulting
Have an idea but no idea where to start? We take owners from the first sketch through design, construction and opening day. We also work alongside architects to shorten the road to groundbreaking, and step in for other contractors who need someone to run a job already underway.
General Contracting
We run the site. Scheduling, subcontractors, inspections, and the daily decisions that keep work moving, with one point of contact accountable for the finish date.
Maintenance Work
We stay available after the final walkthrough. Repairs, small improvements, punch-list follow-ups, and routine upkeep, handled by a contractor who answers the phone. Clients we have built for get special labor rates.

More To Construction is a Schaumburg-based general contractor working throughout the Chicago area. We take projects from early design through final walkthrough, and we are just as willing to be brought in for one piece of the work as for all of it.
